We're a creative Learning & Development consultancy that helps organizations tackle challenges, rethink possibilities, and build meaningful learning experiences.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all training. Every organization has unique challenges, and effective learning starts with asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and exploring new perspectives.
We combine strategic thinking, creativity, and instructional design to develop solutions that go beyond simply sharing information. Our goal is to help people build capabilities, apply what they've learned, and make a meaningful impact.

The Human Behind the Ink
Hey, I'm Sibel.
I'm an educator, learning designer, and problem-solver with over 12 years of experience working across Canada, Turkey, and China.
I've worn a lot of hats throughout my career, but one thing has always stayed the same: I love figuring things out. Whether it's introducing new technology, designing a learning experience, or finding a better way to do something, I'm usually the person asking, "What if we tried this instead?"
That's really how Inklab came to life.
After years of creating learning experiences, I wanted to take what I do best and bring it beyond the classroom. I believe training can be practical, interesting, and even enjoyable. It doesn't need to be complicated to be effective.
So I started Inklab, a place where I can put my experience, creativity, and problem-solving skills to work helping businesses and their people grow.
